• Polyfoam or polyurethane foam.
• Wooden planks of a certain diameter.
• Screwdriver and hammer drill.
• Dowels and wood screws.

Tip.The diameter of the wooden planks should correspond to the width of the insulation (polystyrene or polypropylene) or be slightly smaller.
