- Plaster Volma-layer gypsum. The product is used to decorate the ceiling and walls. The product is suitable only for manual application. The Volma-layer gypsum plaster is available in packaging weighing 10, 20 and 30 kg. Before use, the product is diluted with water.
- Plaster plaster Volma-layer MN. The product is an analogue of the previous product, but the material is applied to a building base using a machine.
- Plaster plaster Volma-layer. The tool is used to correct the curvature of the building base and repair cracks and depressions. Volma-plaster gypsum plaster is not a decorative coating and the product is not suitable for finishing.

Plaster Volma gypsum has the following technical characteristics:
- the thickness of the layer with a single application is 3 cm, and if you need to increase the thickness of the plaster, you should apply the product twice;
- maximum permissible layer thickness - 6 cm;
- the amount of liquid for the preparation of the solution is 0.6-0.65 liters per 1 kg of dry product;
- complete solidification of the product - a week with a layer thickness of 1 cm;
- setting time - 40 minutes;
- setting time - three hours;
- air temperature during finishing - 5-300WITH;
- fracture strength - more than 1.5 MPa;
- compressive strength - more than 3.5 MPa.
Consumption
The material consumption is indicated on the packaging, but when finishing it is also necessary to take into account the degree of differences in the building base, the presence of defects and the type of surface. So, drywall requires a thin layer of the product, unlike old brickwork. On average, the consumption of the product is 8-9 kg per 1 m2 with a layer thickness of 1 cm.

Application technique
The material is easy to use, but it is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the application rules before using it.
Preparing the base for plastering
Algorithm for preparing a building foundation:
- dismantle the old finish;
- remove oil stains and remove dust from the surface;
- cracks and other defects are filled with putty;
- when applying material with a thick layer, guides are installed;
- if there are metal products on the surface - self-tapping screws and others, then they are treated with a solution that prevents rust.
How to knead the solution?
To prepare the solution, you will need a plastic bucket and an industrial mixer (as in the photo below) or a drill with a mixer nozzle. Cold water is poured into the container at a rate of 600-650 ml per kilogram of dry mixture. Then add material and knead the solution using the selected tool. The result is a composition whose consistency resembles thick sour cream. Leave the product for five minutes and stir. The product is ready to use.
Algorithm for using the tool
Product Application Instructions:
- The material is thrown onto the surface with a special bucket. The facility is distributed on the basis of the rule. The tool is led from the bottom up, while the excess composition is removed, and if there are empty voids, the situation is corrected.
- Take a break for an hour. After that, using the rule, they get rid of the dried-up excess material.
- The surface is coated with a primer. Two layers of primer are applied and after each treatment, a break is taken to dry the composition.
- A spatula is applied another layer of plaster. Using a tool, level the tool on the surface so that there are no bumps.
- The material is moistened with water and rubbed with a special grater.The result is a smooth glossy surface.
This can complete the finish, if you plan to make the finish coating, then the material is primed in two layers with a break for drying. After that, decorate the base.
