Machines and equipment for plastering allows high-quality coating on any surface. In construction, dry gypsum plaster and gypsum concrete partitions are most common.

The main raw materials for their production are dry - building gypsum, cardboard, vapor-forming mixtures, regulators affecting the setting time of gypsum, all kinds of additives that increase the adhesion of gypsum to cardboard. What equipment is used in the manufacture of coatings and equipment for wall plastering can be found in this article.

Gypsum Plaster Production Line

The principle of the line is as follows:

  • When feeding sand. For its storage, a silo is used, which is equipped with additional nodes:
  1. air filter;
  2. safety valve;
  3. aeration system;
  4. reliable level sensor.

From the silo installation, a screw conveyor of the VK series delivers sand to a hopper for dry sand.

  • When applying cement. A silo equipped with additional units is used for its storage, as well as for sand storage. From the silo, cement is conveyed through a conveyor to a cement hopper.
  • When supplementing. The compositions are sequentially weighed on special analytical scales and poured into the mixer for mixing additives. Preliminarily, the amount of additives required per shift is calculated, which depends on the line productivity per shift. After mixing the additives and obtaining the composition, it is loaded into a special receiving hopper of the conveyor, and then fed to the hopper-dispenser. By weighing, a predetermined dose of the components that enter the mixer for dry formulations is determined. The controller serving the automated control system of the complex sets the mixing time, which depends on the recipe of the mixture.
  • Mixing components. After cooking, the composition is unloaded through a special shutter.
  • Ready mixes are packed in bags. The composition from the hopper enters the receiving hopper for packaging valve bags. After they are filled with the finished mixture, the container from the loading tray under its own weight falls onto the conveyor belt and is fed to the pallets or pallets for packaging and delivered to the finished goods warehouse.

From the warehouse, bags with the finished composition goes on sale.

Features of machine plaster

Along with the lines for the production of stucco, the industry also produces equipment for machine plaster. With its help, manual work on wall decoration can be replaced by more productive and high-quality processes, for a short period of time large volumes of plastering operations are performed.

Tip: Preparatory work and finishing of the walls is done manually.

Equipment for mechanized plastering does not completely eliminate manual work, but only helps to make high-quality plaster mixes and apply them to walls or ceilings. When using modern technology, the number of specialists, their qualification level is significantly reduced, but the “human” factor and the level of experience in performing work remains in demand.

The advantages that the equipment for applying plaster has are:

  • No need to pre-align surfaces and only at one time can the walls be made suitable for fine finishing.
  • Subject to all technological requirements, the time for work is significantly reduced., and the appearance of the finish becomes better than with the manual method.
  • Improves the quality of mixing composition even from that which is made using a mixer nozzle. In this case, even small lumps or non-mixed formulations at the corners of the container are completely absent.
  • No further processing needed: work surfaces and corners get the perfect look, you can immediately begin to finish such a surface with decorative coatings.
  • The volume of the living room does not decreaseif you compare plaster, for example, with drywall.
  • Greater resistance to mechanical damage.
  • The adhesion is significantly increased, and the service life is increased to 25 years.
  • Saving used materials.
  • The container in which the solution is mixed is sealed, which increases the time of use of the finished mixture.

How to apply machine plaster

Instructions for machine plastering:

  • All electrical work is carried out.
  • The walls are primed.
  • Lighthouses are displayed (see Installation of beacons for plaster without problems) in increments of 70 centimeters and are controlled by a laser level, which takes up to two days.
  • Finishing operations are carried out using high-quality composition with excellent strength characteristics. For this, a dry mixture is used, thoroughly mixed with water to the required consistency: 10 kilograms of dry plaster mixture is taken for 5.5 liters of water. Wherein:
  1. the dry mixture is poured into the hopper of the station;
  2. a dosed water supply is provided by the pump;
  3. a paste-like solution is made in the mixing chamber.
  • Through the gun through the discharge hose, the finished mixture falls to the working surface.
  • Plaster is applied on the wall by machine at high speed and under high pressure, which improves the adhesion of the mortar to the base.
  • The plaster runs freely through the hose and lands directly on the wall without flowing down it.

Tip: In this case, you should have time to level the plaster before it hardens.

  • For the plaster station, a special plaster composition, such as MP-75 Knauf, should be used, which is a dry powder supplied in polypropylene packaging bags weighing 30 kilograms.
  • Work starts from the corner, a layer of plaster is applied evenly between the beacons, slightly overlapping them.
  • After application, the plaster is leveled manually by the rule or with a wide spatula (see Wall plastering tool: what you need to work).
  • Excess solution is clipped to the beacons.

Tip: For quality work, after 30 minutes, moisten the surface with water and rub it to a smooth and even wall.

  • The plaster dries in no more than five days, and additional work after this is not required.
  • The air temperature in the room should vary from 5 ° C to 30 ° C, at elevated temperatures it will be necessary to moisten the surface more often.

Equipment for plastering and screed using gypsum machine plaster, significantly reduces finance costs during the heating period. Due to the porous structure, gypsum plaster has excellent heat and sound insulation properties, which allows you to adjust the gas exchange in the room, for example, at high humidity, the solution absorbs moisture, and returns when the temperature rises, which creates a healthy and comfortable microclimate in the room.

Mechanically, you can perform high-quality doorway trimas shown in the photo.
