• Then, with the sawed-off part, the slope is connected with the slope angle, and on the other side with the other slope, and so on around the entire perimeter of the window.

• One corner of the platband is inserted into the mounting groove of the slope angle, the other is attached to the crate with screws. Similarly, all the corner elements of the clypeus are installed.

• The sawn-off side of the platband joins the corner element, and the other side to the other platband, and so on around the perimeter of the window opening. Thus, the windows are trimmed with platbands and slopes.

Installation of facade panels

Finishing the facade of the house from sip panels begins with the installation of the initial strip around the entire perimeter of the building on a peeled surface:

• The initial level is fixed with screws at a distance of no more than 30 cm.

Attention: There is a gap of 5-6 mm between the sections of the initial bar, which is fixed evenly and strictly horizontally.

• The outer corner is exposed at the junction of the two walls and fastened with screws through the corresponding and existing grooves on both sides. Make sure that the angle is level.
• External corners are available in different types and differ in size, shape and installation methods.
• After installing the external corners, you can start laying the panels on the facade.
• The movement with the panels and their installation are carried out from left to right, the first panel is mounted “flush” in the corner of the initial bar and fixed with screws.
• The next panel is inserted into the fastening of the previous panel and a chain of facade panels of the first row is built.
• Each next row starts from left to right and after the first row of panels, the second and subsequent rows are laid out.

Exterior decoration of the house from vulture panels can be performed with different facade panels. The transition from one species to another can be made more contrast using platbands for these purposes.
Platbands in this case act as a decorative strip:

• When installing the casing, as a decorative element, it is recommended that the screws that fasten the facade panels to the crate are not fully screwed in, but leave a gap of 4-5 mm between the cap and the panel.
• Then the clypeus "nose" clings to the protruding hats of the screws and is securely fixed, and the other edge of the clypeus is attached to the crate.
• The following facade panel is inserted into the mounting grooves of the platband and the entire building is finished. Platbands are joined at an angle of 45 ° when meeting at the corners of the building.
• In places of docking with platbands external corners are not installed. They are located before and after the decorative strip.
• The transition to the decoration of another wall is made only after the complete installation of the panels on one wall of the facade completely.

Attention: Panels are mounted on a vertical surface; they cannot be used on roofing and floor coverings.

• The manufacture of facade panels and all components for them provides mounting grooves for fixing them on the crate.
• You should not try to do it yourself and perform similar operations at home. You can harm the product and disrupt the physical structure and shape of the finishing materials.
• For fastening the panels, aluminum or special galvanized fasteners are used to subsequently avoid rusty drips on the panels.
• Screws or nails must enter the mounting base strictly perpendicularly and in the center of the holes provided in the slats and panels. This will provide possible vertical expansion with changes in temperature conditions.

• The wall is warmer due to the arrangement of fewer cold bridges.
• Dense insulation in SIP panels is more efficient and environmentally friendly than mineral wool. The thermal insulation of a 150 mm polystyrene layer replaces 200 mm of dry mineral wool.
• In the SIP house, the layout is somewhat freer, because the construction technology allows you to "move" the walls with soft restrictions.
