Material	Application
Tiled finish	Tiled bathroom is the most popular. This material perfectly tolerates temperature extremes and high humidity. Stone	A stone-lined bathroom looks rather rich. Marble bathtub lining is not often done, because the price of the material is quite high. Lined stone is offered in retail in the form of slabs, which should be selected correctly in size and only then make a purchase.
Lining	This type of material is also not so little found. The work can be done with your own hands, thereby reducing the cost of work. It should be noted that if the room is without constant heating, then the material may not stand for a long time. The tree nourishes moisture. The fastening is done on the frame and therefore takes at least five cm from the room from each wall of the usable area.

The first option is a bit more complicated and therefore we will describe how it is performed on the example of PVC panels.

Surface preparation and frame installation

A plane defines a rule for doing work. With the wireframe method, it does not really matter.
It is important to draw the correct installation line for the frame and make the fastening along it:

• First of all, we remove everything in the walls and remove the old coating. The plane must be empty;

Caution: After this, it is better if you treat the surface with an antifungal mixture. We have a humid environment in the bathroom and therefore the coating from the fungus will definitely not hurt us. It is worth doing even for the sake of prevention. If the fungus appears under the panels, then you have to remove them all. Therefore, let's do everything qualitatively.

• We take a simple plumb line and determine the evenness of the wall. To do this, we first need to know if insulation will be done or not.
  If there is, then it should be taken into account that the height of the frame mounting should be a couple cm more about the thickness of the insulation. It should not be deformed. Otherwise, it will lose its properties. Put a mark on the wall;
• We crossed to another wall and put marks on it. And after that we connect the risks with a line. We got a loop install rails;

Two materials are practically used for the manufacture of the frame, this is a metal profile or a wooden beam. The first is more durable, especially in conditions of high humidity.

• Now we cut the profile in size and fasten it to the surface. For the connection we use dowels. Just look, the connection should be tight.
  Therefore, do not use the dowel from the sets. Acquire separately the plastic and the screws for it are a couple of mm smaller than the diameter of the plastic. Then we will have a secure mount;
• Now we pull the line diagonally and after that we have the height of the transverse rails. We cut and fasten.
  Height adjustment is done using gaskets. We see that we have the fastening of the rails in places where the panels are joined, which is not done on weight;
• After installing the frame, you can fix the insulation, if you are thinking of doing it, then do not forget that you must first fix the waterproofing layer and then install the insulation;

• After attaching the insulation, do not forget to make the wiring for lighting. When doing it, you should not use twists. Use terminal blocks that provide a reliable connection;

Facing with stone or tile

This process is done as follows. And it doesn’t depend on it or a natural stone, or artificial.

Attention: if you use artificial stone for decoration, then in the instructions look at its reaction to high humidity and temperature changes. Here you need to choose the desired indicator, because the stay environment will be wet.

So:

• We are preparing the surface, right up to the moment when you need to draw a line. Here we simply define the unevenness of the wall;
• If we have a plane difference of less than one cm, then we can immediately do the lining. Only the surface must first be primed;
• If the plane difference is more than one cm, then we need to make a plane plaster. For this, a solution based on sand and cement is best suited;

Before installation, make the correct configuration

Attention: If you need to apply a large layer of the solution, this is typical for Khrushchev, then a grid should be applied to the surface. To do this, make holes over it and put the screws there and then hang the net and put the washer on the hat. Then the grid will not fall and will hold firmly.

• We make the solution and begin to make the facing. There are some rules here. Never apply mortar directly to the surface of a part. First you need to try it on dry. If the edges are even, then try on the whole row;
• If the elements do not fit, then we customize them using a grinder and a stone disc;
• We check each row according to the installation level using the building level. We make the fastener line perfect;
• There are two masonry methods. It is seamless and with a seam. The first option is simpler. And in the second, crosses should be used during installation, they will help to properly maintain the seam width and installation angle;
• We apply the solution to the element with the help of a notched trowel and press. At the same time, we make slightly rotational movements. We should not have voids in the solution;
• The resulting solution must be immediately removed with a spatula. Otherwise, it can spoil the front of the element;
• After that, we wait for a few wrinkles and you can walk along the seam with a spatula angle. This must be done.Otherwise, the solution will dry out and then it cannot be removed;
• After complete drying, overwrite the seams. This is done with a rubber spatula. We are waiting for it to dry and erase the excess with a rag. After complete drying, a white coating remains on the surface. It can be quickly and efficiently removed simply with a crumpled newspaper.
